New haircut!

Just got a new haircut today, the last time I cut my hair is like around 3 months ago :p. No kidding, I feel my head is a bit lighter than before.

THE NEW HAIRCUT IS SOOOOOOO DAAAAAAMMNNNN UGLY!!!!!

It's not that ugly actually, it's just that I don't like it. :p

The barber cut it way too short and it's just looks funny. Argh...I've to use wax for my hair so it won't look so damn silly.

Hooooo-boy....I can't wait until my hair grow a bit long again...

Blood Donor

Today I participated in blood donation event at my workplace. Actually I'm a bit lazy to donor my blood, but one of my friend ask me to come. So I thought, "O well, why not? It's a good thing to do anyway."

And so, I'm heading downstairs with my friend to the blood donor place. I filled up a registration form (since this is the first time I donate my blood at my workplace) and then waited for my turn. After a few minutes, a lady called my name and...they began to take my blood.

I felt strange when the blood rushing out from my arm. I didn't feel any pain at all (which is a good thing I guess..) yet I saw my blood escaping from my arm to a plastic container. They took 450 cc of my blood and I can see blood stains inside the pipe.

I'm in a good condition, so I didn't feel dizzy after I donate my blood.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. One of my friend wants to donate her blood, but in the end she was rejected. It's caused by her weight which is less than 50 kgs, while to donate a bag of 450cc, your weight must be more than 50kgs.. :D

Snails...

Just ate snail satay for my dinner (and sambal goreng bekicot too). It doesn't taste bad, but it's rather chewy and takes a while to chew before I swallow it.

Actually I didn't plan to eat this satay before, but my friend wants to try it. And I thought it's a good idea to try new *delicacy* once in a while. The funny thing is after we order those two, my friend quietly said to me, "What if it tastes horrible?". I can't give a direct answer to that question, so I diplomatically said, "Well, we're here to try new dishes, aren't we? So it's a risk that we have to take." Having said that, a man brought in a plate of satay and served it in our table. It looks yummy. And yes, it tastes quite good. Snail satay is just like ordinary satay with peanut sauce. While sambal goreng bekicot is snails cooked with pepper, chily, and...some stuffs..(I don't know the ingredients, but probably it's better that way...). And luckily I didn't see the raw snails, otherwise I'll lose my appetite.

Everything seems fine until I arrived back at my room and I've been sneezing since then. Is it caused by the snails?

Nah...never heard anyone allergic to snails and sneezing like crazy after ate 'em. Probably just dust..yep, just dust in my room.

Ha...good food, probably I'll go back there again. But for now, I'll have to take care my influenza first..

Vb. Net multi threading

Gaaaah, I've to face concurrency problem again. What make it worse, I don't know a single thing about multi-threading in Vb.NET. I remember that in the past I had to deal with similar problem but at that time I used java. And coding a multi-threaded application is just like hell for me. Don't know why but it seems hard for me to code this kind of thing.

Meh...

Does anyone know how to create a multi-threaded interop COM application using VB.NET?
I've done some research and it is said I can use MTAThreadAttribute...

O well, I'll try the code tomorrow at the office..
